It's a long story....
Between us we have over 15 years of Real Estate Experience! We are full time, seasoned agents with a proven success rate! Not to sound like an infomercial, but we hold several awards, are dedicated to our community, we are designated and accredited in many areas. Most importantly we are ethical, fair, fun, and believe that Real Estate is solution based.

Tamra is a Washingtonian and she is a quirky, smart and funny marketing exec. turned Realtor. She brings joy and light to the process of Real Estate with her perception of life and how it is a balancing act. Tamra works wonders on our marketing of homes, creative sector and the day to day processing and negotiating. She is a people person and is great at organizing events and functions to promote our properties...or to just make a buyer feel part of our community. She is the first to think out the angles and hiccups that may occurr in any transaction and if ever you wanted someone who handles every Real Estate transaction like a chess match and has mapped out every move...she is your gal!

As for Lara, she too had a previous life to Real Estate; she grew up in Montana where she was a cattle rancher and a medical billing collector...what a match! She wasn't one of those mean bill collectors, but it taught her alot about negotiating in real life! The catttle...well that's another story but you can almost guess...she says what she means and does what she says. She tends to be a straight shooter that tells you the facts and hard truth of the process. When selling a home or negotiating to buy one you want someone to tell you the facts and keep the communication and processing clipping along at a pace that meets timelines. Lara is goal oriented and a real task minded individual and this is why she tends to do alot of our administrative details. Lara is known as a tough negotiator and really knows how to strike a great deal for our sellers or our buyers, so much so that the opposing party never knew what hit them..."yeah, right!"...ok maybe a little...but seriously, we make a dynamic team!
