The indicators seem promising as we notice the trends of fewer homes entering the market than in previous years. Which typically equals less choices for buyers, and a better opportunity for sellers to get their properties sold. Buyers are still in the drivers seat though and are still experiencing some oportunistic purchasing power. The commercial sector has taken a bit of a hit as we see more and more small businesses, opting to leave their leases for less expensive rents or better terms. I notice many vacant and for Lease signs throughout Spokane. Either way...Spokane is still inexpensive in comparison to other mid metropolitan cities. |
